SERVICE CHARGE - YEAR TO 31.03.06    Service Charge £1.71 psf pa (estimated) + Office Supplement (varies).  All Service Charges included in rental figures quoted.

Service Charges are recovered from all Tenants at a flat rate per square foot of space occupied.  Charges are on the basis of an estimated Account.  Budgets and Accounts will be circulated to Tenants. Service Charge contributions in respect of Vacant Units are made by the Landlord.  Service Charges have not changed for the last 3 years.
