The following facilities are available to those requiring an accommodation address. Rates are attractive.

Mail Collection & Forwarding.  DBC collects mail for you ready for your collection or we send it on to your forwarding address.

Telephone Answering.  DBC staff answer calls to your own number (listed if required) in your name and take or give messages.

Voicemail.  When you rent a telephone line from us, you are automatically given a voice mailbox.  Messages can be simple or menu driven, and messages can be typed and forwarded to you by post or e mail, or you can collect them in person, either locally or remotely with an access code.

Meeting & Conference Rooms.  Virtual Office tenants can rent the meeting and conference facilities at the same subsidised rates offered to DBC tenants.

Car Parking.  DBC has its own 36 space secure car park.  Street parking  is also available on an annual LBTH Permit or as pay and display.

Rent A Desk.  For that odd day when you wish you were a DBC tenant, you can rent a desk with a phone and internet connected computer – a Workstation by the day.  (For frequent use, ask about our Office Share facility).

Secretarial Support.  Audio and Copy typing, and all general office facilities are available including printing, faxes, binding, and IT work.

IT Support.  Virtual Office tenants have access at the same subsidised rates to our IT Support team for PC repair, web issues, networking, and application assistance.
